Business start up and commercialization of an innovative potential

CESMI works with companies (and ideas) in their pre-seed stage or emerging growth stage. Clients include universities as well as corporations. Consultancy
Our consultancy services aim on building innovative organizations and include four interdependent domains that are interlinked and operatively coupled with Management Innovation. These includes innovations of management principles and practices, business strategies, human recourses policies, business models and corporate cultures. Our services are designed to support the development of functional systems of creativity and innovation. The primary functional elements of our consultancy work include program management, workshops, training, and support services.

We provide or facilitate courses in fields such as Management Innovation, project management, entrepreneurship, corporate culture , innovation management, creativity, team building, communication, and leadership,
Our approach is to design new executive, leadership development and education. Execpt our open introductory courses we tailor all our courses to suit the specific need of clients.

Conferences and seminars
CECMI organizes, participate in and promotes conferences and seminars within domains related to management innovation. Besides we will periodically arrange "Round Table" discussions that will focus on either research "from theory to practice" where leading researchers can discuss management innovation with leaders from companies, or discussions between business leaders. The purpose with these activities is that leaders from different business areas can meet in order to find inspiration and learn from the experiences of others and keep up to date with the latest development in management.
Research and development of Management practices and principles
CECMI conduct, facilitates and coordinates and implement basic and applied research and development of new management practices and business models. Our role is also to make calls for research projects on the behalf of our stakeholders. Our research and development activity can also include the participation in fining and apply research funds for our partners. Our research and development activities are typically conducted in association with our partners, such as companies, institutions and universities
