CECMI´s consultancy work builds on our knowledge of new management concepts; In corporation with a specific organization we conduct a critical a diagnostic analysis of the organization, key success factors in developing new management principles and practices that can lead to competitive advantages and a coherent strategy, business culture, and structure. As implementation often is a critical factor in chage projects we set up specific measures for project implementation, and concise descriptions of the key functional areas, such as finance, marketing, operations, human resource management, information technology and product development, among others.
Principles for consultancy work
- We offer to play a central role in development of Management Innovations with special focus on in small and medium sized companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
- We do not only address immediate, short-term problems of companies, but aim to help the companies transform themselves into innovative organizations for ongoing success.
- As CECMI is a knowledge center we build our consultancy services on a principle of mutual knowledge exchange, thus the knowledge are getting accumulated in order to build new improved management practices.
Project types and phases
The projects we engage in normally consists of two steps the first is to construct a platform for innovation and includes innovation of management principles, and practices, business strategies, human recourses policies, business models and corporate cultures.
This process can both take its outset in the start up of a venture or development of an existing venture
Here after we set up practices and procedures that enable the venture to conduct Management Innovation in a systematic way
The next phase focuses on implementation. As Management often is absorbed in day-to-day chores, we can act as the driving force behind the project implementation. In this phase we provide the company with methods, tools, coaching and training courses to ensure a successful implementation. As CECMI is not a course provider we do not necessary carry out the specific courses our selves, but we act as advisory body to insure that the choices that are made fits into the integrated solution
