Management innovation is defined as a company's ability to effect changes or create new principles of its own internal way of working. Management innovation includes innovation of management principles, Business strategies, Human Recourses policies, Business Models and Business Cultures.

M.A. foreign languages from Copenhagen business school. Teaches at Copenhagen Business School in international marketing and at Niels Brock Business College in Creativity and innovation. He is owner of the consulting firm SEJPER1, Specialized in innovation creativity and teambuilding. Author of the Book titled: „Ino... hva‘ for noget“and co-author of a New book on Management innovation to be published in the Czech Republic. Jesper Vej is co founder of Central European Center for Management Innovation, Earlier he has held positions as IT –Consultant, Market Consultant, and Key Account Manager.

M.Sc, in Marketing. He has occupied various possessions in companies as Marketing manager, Marketing Researcher, and Financial Advisor. He has worked as Business Consultant

and Lecture at the Roskilde University. He was Co-designer and leader of the Master program in Experience Management at Roskilde University. As Business Consultant he has coached and developed courses for a vide range of firms and institutions. His main fields of interest are Innovation, HR development and Management Innovation. Since 2003 He has been living in the Czech Republic where he is co founder of Central European Center for Management Innovation, and co- author on a new book about Management Innovation to be published in the Czech Republic

Hans C. Hansen
Specializes in managerial training, establishing executive forums, cross-border cooperation, individual coaching, internal organizational activities, and executive outplacement. Hans C. Hansen has previously worked in the trade union confederation FTF in Denmark where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of training courses for managers and elected Representatives. Hans C. Hansen holds a Master in Psychology in Organizations, from Roskilde University 2004.
