12.30 - 13.30 Lunch

13.30-14.00
Conclusion, debate, questions and answers, idea generation and focus for the afternoons work groups

14.00 -16.15 Work group

Host  Mr Paolo Zanega and Mr. Henrik Skov. The afternoon will carry on a two-way path to build an interactive network so as to trigger a continuous process of innovative:

  • Project Path: it starts from the present business model to build a meta-model (a cognitive and cultural mediator) able to attract and integrate knowledge from the network poles and to accelerate the emergence of innovative concepts
  • Organizational Path: it is a path originating from a first core team to include along the way internal and external relationships until a self-organized network emerges.

These two complimentary paths create a complex dynamics (the top-down meta-modeling and the bottom-up emergence of new concepts) which is generative of an effective innovation, especially of radical innovation. Environmental factors (e.g. the creation of labs separated from the mainstream organization) and specific activities and capabilities (e.g. design thinking) will be discussed.
Some case-studies will allow an interaction among the participants toward a shared vision of the innovation process. Concepts relevant to how the innovation dynamics works will be explained along the workshop.
